She began modeling with major brands at age 7 and made her screen debut in 2001 in Ordinary Madness. She gained public attention as Kaitlin Cooper in the teen drama The O.C. (2006-2007) and later as Thea Queen in the superhero TV series Arrow (2012-2018). Holland has also done voice work for the video game series Kingdom Hearts and continues to work across film and television.
