Alison Oliver, born on June 3, 1997, is an Irish actress known for her breakout role as Frances in the BBC Three and Hulu miniseries "Conversations with Friends" (2022). She was named one of Variety's "10 actors to watch" in 2023.

Oliver hails from Ballintemple, Cork, later relocating to Blackrock. After attending Scoil Mhuire in Cork, she pursued drama, singing, and dancing lessons. She applied to Trinity College Dublin's drama school, eventually graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting in 2020.

Her career took off with her role in "Conversations with Friends," and she made her London stage debut in "Women, Beware the Devil" at the Almeida Theatre in February 2023. Oliver's film debut came in "Saltburn", written and directed by Emerald Fennell.
